| Notes |
- Of Ermensbach at time of marriage to Munschatta Waldner. There isnoevidence yet to connect Joannes Behra to Claus Bera or to JodocusBehra. All lived in Ermensbach/Rimbach, and Claus had a son named Marx asdidJodocus, while Joannes had sons named Jodocus and Nicolaus. Thesefactsalone don't provide enough information to determine therelationship. The assigning of children to Joannes is, in some cases, arbitrary; theonly one of his children by Wallanf for whom there is abaptismal recordis Barbara; Michael is described at the time of hismarriage to CatharinaLois as "Joannis Bero de Armspach filius"; Clara isdescribed as sisterof Hans Martin Bera (see BERGHA 61:1210) and of bothHannss Martin andReichardt (inv. & part. 9 Nov 1641 for Hannss HeinrichFrantz, AdHR 4EMasevaux 166); there are baptismal records for five of hischildren byMunschatta Waldner -- there may have been others.
